We Don’t decorate the home:  Decorating cost alone will add up to $2,500 per home, which you will pay in the pricing of the home.  Consider the cost of the furniture, the associated shrinkage factor caused by items “growing feet”, the cost of a professional decorator and the labor involved to do the decorating.  After the furniture, etc. has been moved a couple of times, the dealer has to discount the furniture to sell it and then the cycle begins all over again.   Remember, the customer pays for this added expense.
